AV Operator

$400

Put a trained operator at the Chamsys board. They program dynamic lighting looks, run the media server live, and time the room's energy to your moments — the happy-birthday cue, the first-dance transition, the video roll.

Dynamic Lighting Upgrade

$800

Upgrades the room to the full PREMIUM immersive program — dynamic lighting driven to music, programmed scene moods (arrival, dinner, toast, peak), and the 20ft projection wall running with the beat instead of looping static.

Extended Hour (+2H)

$600

Extend your BASE block from four hours to six, matching the PREMIUM and VIP LUXE duration. Additional staffing, bar time, and room hold included. Keeps the night flowing past the last toast without feeling rushed.

Extra Staff

$300

Adds a second event staff member to the BASE block, matching PREMIUM staffing. One keeps the floor moving while the other handles bar flow, guest arrivals, and room resets through the night.
